Corporate Legal Counsel

What are we looking for from you? 

• Minimum of 5 years post-qualification legal experience, either at a top-tier Spanish or international law firm in Europe and/or as in-house counsel at a multinational corporation. 

• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts. 

• Background in financial regulation (and experience in crypto regulation) is a strong plus. 

• Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken. 

• Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and ability to think beyond standard legal frameworks. 

• Able to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively, while contributing positively to cross-functional collaboration. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a true team player. 

• High degree of accountability and ownership over work and outcomes. 

• Well-organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
